What these terms cover
Your managed-service subscription is provided by Senko. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Senko.
These terms cover paid access to the managed Senko service, including subscriptions and any separately offered usage refills. They work together with our Privacy policy and the applicable purchase terms of Apple or Google. Contact Senko at [email protected] for service or subscription questions.
Your purchase confirmation identifies the plan, price, currency, billing period, and applicable taxes or trial conditions. A pricing preview is not a completed purchase. A subscription begins only after the store confirms a valid purchase.
Your plan and included usage
A plan provides the managed chat, image, voice, and tool capabilities described in the app at purchase. Limits apply, including five-hour and weekly chat allowances and separate limits for media, tools, request size, and simultaneous tasks. See the app for your plan's remaining usage and reset times. These limits do not mean unlimited access.
The amount of usage a task requires varies with its length, conversation context, selected capabilities, and tool activity. Work performed before a task is stopped or interrupted can still consume allowance. Devices linked through a restored purchase share that purchase's allowance; restoring it does not create additional independent allowances.
Access can pause when a limit is reached until it resets or another eligible option is available. Unused allowance does not accumulate beyond the applicable reset window unless the purchase offer explicitly says otherwise.
Billing and automatic renewal
Payments are handled by the store used for your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed billing period unless you cancel before renewal under that store's rules. Your Apple or Google account is charged at purchase and at renewal. If a free or discounted trial is offered, its duration and the price after the trial are shown before confirmation.
Price changes, plan changes, and any consent or notice required for them are handled under applicable law and the store's rules. The price shown on a website or in a preview may differ from your localized store offer.
Cancel, restore, or request a refund
You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Apple subscription settings, or a Google Play subscription in Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling Senko, deleting conversations, or stopping use does not cancel billing. Cancellation generally stops future renewals while access continues through the paid period, subject to refunds and store rules.
Use Restore purchases in the app with the same store account to recover an eligible purchase. Restoration depends on store verification and product availability; an Apple purchase is not automatically transferable to a Google account or vice versa.
Refunds are subject to your statutory rights and the store's refund process. For Apple purchases, use Apple's purchase support. For Google Play purchases, see Google Play refunds. Contact us for entitlement or usage errors. These terms do not exclude a refund or remedy you are entitled to by law.
Extra usage and refills
If refills are offered, they are separate one-time purchases, not a subscription renewal. The offer must identify the amount of extra usage, which capabilities it covers, any expiry, and any active-plan requirement before purchase. A refill does not remove safety, concurrency, or provider restrictions and does not automatically include every service.
Refills have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold. Restoration of consumable purchases depends on verified unused balance and the store's rules; do not assume a consumed refill can be restored. Refund and consumer rights still apply.
Using an assistant responsibly
Senko can generate content and operate tools on your device or connected services. AI can make mistakes. Review important outputs and actions, including communications, purchases, file changes, and health, financial, or legal information. You remain responsible for the instructions you give and for having permission to access or share the data involved.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to harm others, bypass access controls or usage limits, compromise systems, or resell managed access without permission. Third-party integrations and providers have their own terms and may charge separately.
Availability and changes
Capabilities depend on your device, operating system, network, permissions, and third-party services. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular AI result, or that a third-party model or tool will always remain available. We may maintain, improve, or replace service components, with notice and remedies for material paid-service changes as required by law.
We may restrict managed access for failed payment, verified abuse, security incidents, or a legal requirement. Contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Complimentary or beta access does not establish a paid subscription or guarantee permanent access.
Your content, open source, and legal rights
You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to carry out your requests and operate the service, as described in the Privacy policy. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, or subject to third-party rights; you should check it before use.
The Senko app is based on OpenMinis and is available under GPLv3 and the applicable licenses for included components. Source downloads and build instructions are available separately. These subscription terms apply to the hosted service and do not restrict rights granted by those software licenses. A software license does not include free access to hosted AI services.
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable local consumer law continues to apply. For a dispute, first contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. We will publish updates here and give additional notice where required; changes do not remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
